Not very professional !!! The technician didn't seem to know not much at all and was very rude ! Seemed like they cared more about the money than eliminating my rodent problem. I'll definitely be going with another company next time. Don't make the same mistake I made, go with a bigger and more knowledgeable company !

great company. they almost certainly saved my house from wood boring beetles. cleaned up after themselves. all the stuff they use is non-toxic too. highly recommended.
