One Hour Optical - West Des Moines

What a great place to get glasses. Store looks great and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Dr. was very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend One Hour Optical to Everyone.

I had a wonderful experience with One Hour Optical from beginning to end. I loved their selection and service and will definitely go back again!

I had gone there and it was a disaster. They don't know how to read a prescription. I took my prescription from my eye doctor and tried there because it would be an hour. The next day I realized something was wrong and that I didn't think the prescription was right. I stopped at my eye doctor asked if my glasses were right with the lenses they had put in, she said it wasn't. I then went back here and asked to have my old lenses put back in. They said they didn't have them anymore and insisted the prescription was right. I told them I had come from my eye doctor and they checked it and it was wrong. They ended up talking with my eye doctor and then realized they were wrong. I had to go back to my eye doctor and get everything straightened out. Lot of gas and time wasted from Clive to Ankeny. I will never go here again. They don't even deserve one star.

What a great place! The entire staff was really friendly and super nice. It was important to me to find a place where I felt comfortable and welcome. This definitely fit the bill!
