Sharaku

Sharaku has never disappointed me. I go there enough that I've made friends with some of the wait staff, but even before that, the service has always been great. The quality of the dishes Sharaku serves can rivals some of the biggest five-star restaurants, without the five-star price. Their portions are VERY large, and I've never had a dish I didn't finish (I'm very tiny, and get full about halfway through, but I can't help but finish it!). They are only open for lunch and dinner with a break in between, so you might want to check ahead for hours that fit your schedule. Lunch is also quite a bit cheaper than dinner (so I don't have prices today - sorry!), but dinner gives you a lot more options.

My recommendations:
- Teriyaki Salmon: This is, by far, my favorite meal from Sharaku. The salmon they serve is the best quality of salmon I've ever had. Served with a vegetable tempura, miso soup, Japanese potato salad, and other goodies.
- Tempura: All the tempura here is fantastic, and quite filling. Pick a category that fits your taste and dig in!
- Chirashi: This is some of the freshest fish you will ever have. I don't know who supplies them, but I wish I did so I could thank them just because of this dish!

I must confess, I've never had the sushi rolls here ( すみません！) but when I've gone with friends who HAVE ordered the sushi, I've only heard good things. Again, their fish is VERY fresh, and their rice is cooked perfectly, so I can only assume the best. Sharaku is someplace you should definitely check out!
