        Ridiculously poor service. In 6 years I have had to call at least once a month to complain about my garbage not being picked up or only half of the garbage.

        At 7:00 Friday morning account says it is to pick up between 11:52am and 2:52pm. At 9:11 account says suspended. Call customer service and was told they would send truck back around because it should of been picked up. On Monday trash still sitting. Call again and told it will be picked up Friday, August 7. Poor service. Pay $100 every three month for this poor service.

        Often don't pick up in winter months. Can not get a refund. Have to pay 3 months in advance and I tried to cancel 1 month into a cycle due to multiple failures to pick up weekly and they WILL NOT refund any of my money. THIEVES!!
