Will never use again! I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-Law's funeral on Tue. for a Thurs. funeral. His assistant waited on me. I said I would get back to them about a second arrangement from the grandchildren. First thing Wed morning 9am I went back and ordered the second arrangement from the owner himself. Thursday morning on the way to the funeral I get a call that the flowers have not arrived. My son stop by on his way to the funeral. They think it is a Friday Funeral. Not once did either person double check to confirm the date. They are dealing with bereaved customers who are stressed to the max trying to make all kinds of arrangements. I don't believe I said Fri. since I knew it was Thur. In any case they should of checked and confirmed. He threw together arrangements while my son waited. My son brought them to the service. So the calling hours were disrupted 1/2 way through while flowers are arranged. When I went back to the store to discuss the matter he was nothing but attitude. No apology or concern. He did not give me any adjustment to the price. I had to ask for the delivery charge back and he practically threw it on the counter. He didn't even hand it to me. He was all, "So what, not my problem the order said Friday". He even told me when an order comes in over the wire he calls the funeral home to confirm. Duh which proves my point he should of confirmed. I had spoken to 2 different people on 2 different days, Stay away from this store.
