Manns Heating & Cooling

Mann's said we needed a whole new a/c unit at a cost of $4000. So we called Jones for a second opinion and they found a minor refrigerant leak which only costed a few hundred to fix. When we called Mann's back to question them, they got really defensive and the OWNER got really crappy with us. We wanted the diagnostic fee removed because they misdiagnosed us and she wouldn't. We got into it for almost 10 minutes and then she said "NOTHING that we could do would matter, or EVER hurt her business." It's a shame that in a small town, people still try to take advantage of others!
