        Overall

        Please look elsewhere. Raised the rent twice within a year. Management does not return phone calls, does not take responsibility for their mistakes, and is not available when needed. The 877 number will pass you off to the individual storage facility, and the individual storage facility will pass you off to the 877 number. NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever.



        And on top of that: MICE/RATS!! Left crap all over our boxes, chewed through a couch and some blankets. Of course the manager said they had no rat issues and was completely unresponsive when it came to helping with an insurance claim (even though we are required to pay for insurance). Extra Space does not handle the insurance - even though they charge you for it - they just pass you off to another third party. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.



        Please. Look. Elsewhere.
