        Turn your next party into a bouncing, sliding, ecstatic extravaganza! At Pump It Up, jump into your own private arenas filled with gigantically fun inflatables. And when everybody's joyfully worn out, the festivities continue in your own private party room. From pizza to goodie bags - our dedicated staff handles everything for you. So jump on over to Pump It Up today, the inflatably great party place located in Urbandale, Iowa. It's easy to schedule a Pump It Up party! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online. Our party packages include: Classic party Mini classic Ultimate classic Cozy classic A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. We accept MC/VISA. You may invite up to 14 guests if you are having a Mini/Cozy-Classic Party or up to 25 guests if you are having a Classic Party. The birthday child and all adults (18 and over) play for free and are not included in the guest count. We also have custom programs available for other special occasions. Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over the party package limit for mini & classic parties. There is a $16.95 charge per additional guest over 15 on the Ultimate Cozy Party. If you are inviting more than thirty guests, please let us know at least 7 days prior to the date of your party. There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers. If the total guest count exceeds 14 or 25, there is a $10 per guest charge for those aged two through eighteen. We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. However, try not to arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the lobby. The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun! For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online. For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables. We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena. Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena so you can relax and enjoy the party! In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables. Call us today and get the fun started.

        Best place ever to have a party. Wonderful staff that handles everything from watching the kids, to serving the good, to the cleanup. Made a happy birthday party for me.

        Pump It Up Rocks. They are the best place to have a party. They do all the work so you can enjoy the party. Everyone had a great time including all the parents. Highly recommend Pump It Up for the best party in town.

        Cold Pizza

        I had a party atPump It up and the pizza that I paid $3.00 per kid was hours cold, I told the staff and they just schrugged it off. They didn't offer me a discount or anything. The rest of the party was just OK. The party helpers are not very kid friendly.

        I just saw this report and I am very concerned about this. Please tell me when your party was. I don't have a comment card that showed anything of this sort. I will find out who was working and why the pizza was cold. This is not how a normal party works at our facility. Please give me a call to discuss the details.
