        horrible

        i went there to get highlights and it took 3 hours. yes 3 hours. and she was wirking on my hair the entire time. and then all my highlights turned out different shades of blonde so i had to end up going back to get it fixed. then a girl from next door to my work went there to get her hair done and she had hair half way down her back, and they messed her hair up amd she ended up having to get her hair completely cut off. not a good place to go.
