        I took my car in to get a tire leak fixed, but ended up needing 2 tires replaced. I asked if they had the tires and they assured me they did and it wouldn't take long to fix. Fast forward an hour+ later and the man at the front desk decides to tell me he 'doesn't know what's taking so long, and he's sorry but he's missing 4 tires. One of the other stores has them though so he would send an employee to go pick them up. Bare with us'.
        Correct me if I'm wrong, but if all I was doing is getting tires replaces, and a mechanic has had my car in the garage the whole time would it really take them an hour to realize they don't have the Tires?
        I came in this afternoon in good spirits and my patience is quickly running dry. What should have been a quick fix is now wasting half of my afternoon. Had I known it would have been this long of a wait I would have made other plans to drop my vehicle off instead of waiting for it.
        The employees are unorganized & scatter brained
        I will not be returning.
