Jiffy Lube

DO NOT GO HERE. I TOOK MY CAR HERE AND WHEN I LEFT THE VEHICLE HAD AN OIL LEAK. TURNS OUT THEY STRIPPED THE OIL PAN AND DRAIN PLUG. $650 LATER IT WAS FIXED AT THE DEALER AND JIFFY LUBE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SHOTTY WORK. THE OWNER SAID THEY WOULD PROVIDE THE VIDEO OF THEM CHANGING THE OIL AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE VIDEO, THEY HAD EDITED THE VIDEO AND PARTS OF IT WERE CONVENIENTLY MISSING. WHAT A JOKE.

As an older lady (I am 65) I have had a few not so good experiences where I took my car in for service and some young guy thought he could get away with something...you know, cause I am an old woman and don't any better! But I do know better!

Went to Jiffy Lube at Tulsa Hills and was treated very respectfully and honestly. The service was excellent and the work was done right and in a timely manner. I will definitely be taking my business to them again, and again!

Went in on a busy Sunday. After waiting an hour and a half, which for the volume of customers, seemed a little too long, I went outside with the manager to do the once over where they show me my oil cap was on, air cleaner put back and that the oil level was right. First thing I noticed was oil from hand prints all over the car, granted I just washed and detail the exterior and interior, something I do before oil changes. I mentioned it to the manager, who didn't seem too worried, probably because she didn't just get done washing it. Next thing I noticed was a ton of excess oil next to my filler cap, which means whoever filled it up spilt about half a quart, and left it there so I could have that fresh burnt oil smell once the engine heated up. They charged me for 5 quarts of synthetic when it only takes 3.5 quarts. I'll chalk up this Jiffy Lube experience to changing my own oil from here on out. It won't be as expensive, messy or take as long. Pathetic is the best word to describe the service

This guy's are fast great customer service the store manager is on his "A" game every time I come in. Best Jiffy Lube I been to in Tulsa if you have any questions ask Allan!

This place was fantastic! From the moment I walked in till they brought my car to me. Very friendly and professional. My car was done on time, windows cleaned, floor boards vaccumed....I will be a repeat costumer....Thank you very much for everything!

Take your car here if you want to spend 1/2 hour cleaning greasy hand prints from your interior. They were fast but not to good on the cleanliness. I recommend to take your car elsewhere even if you have to drive a little more.
