General Info: Avalon has been operating residential programs and residential treatment programs for over twenty-nine (29) years. Currently, Avalon owns and operates a central office support facility and ten (10) residential halfway houses located in Texas, Wyoming and Oklahoma. Together, these facilities provide residential reentry services including residential work release and residential treatment programs to more than 3,000 clients daily
