        Trying to get help for the symbol issue on my phone, had no help at location in North Suwanee, not this location.

        This store is more concerned about making a sell rather than providing good customer service. I went into the store to purchase an iPhone for my son's birthday and was repeatedly told that I could not do so using the 20 month upgrade program. Although I had been eligible for the upgrade since August 2013, the salesman insisted that I pay upwards $500 in early upgrade fees and for the new phone. Even after I tried correcting the salesman, he refused to perform the eligible transaction. I phoned Sprint's customer service to confirm that I was indeed eligible. I left the store feeling robbed and disrespected. This store provided false information to prevent me from obtaining services that I had earned. I will never refer this store to a friend.
