Express Towing & Recovery

We got towed! My husband moved his truck to the street yesterday to help get my 83-year-old mother into a car in our driveway. He forgot to move it back and we got towed! I hope no one else has to deal with Express Towing. I can’t imagine a worse experience. I called this morning to get information to retrieve my vehicle. I was provided with the address and told to bring $251 cash. I was told he would meet me at the lot at 8:30am. He arrived at 8:44am and he knew I was in a hurry. This made him move even slower. I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me. He was incredibly rude and condescending.
I hope no one else ever has to deal with the ignorant man who represented Express Towing this morning.
