DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!! Placed an online order, received confirmation, flowers never delivered(it has been a week). Only phone number listed leads to a central phone service...called them three times each time they promised the manager would call me back...has not happened. Called Teleflora and they have no record of this transaction. It is a black hole....use another florist or kiss your money good bye.
Don't Use this florist! I ordered an expensive arrangement for my cousin's birthday to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I ordered a full day ahead. Not only did Gilded Lily not deliver it, it didn't notify either me or my cousin about any problem. After calling to complain, I never even received the courtesy of a call or email to explain what happened! Totally unacceptable business practices.
Wonderful florist! They were quick on delivery and with the freshest and most appealing flowers!!!
This is the best florist I've seen doing wedding and funeral flowers in Spokane.
