I had a great experience with Nalley Lexus! Their salesmen were very professional and knowledgeable of their vehicles. I was also able to call the finance department ahead of time to get approved for my truck ! That made the wait time soooo much shorter!

Nalley Lexus Galleria is tops on service. Prior to buying my RX350, I had a Mercedes SUV. Your Lexus service beats Mercedes hands down. You know how to treat a customer. Your staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was pleased at the speed of the service. Of course, I loved the fact that you washed and cleaned the car too. I bet you have a lot of repeat customers! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a nice car.

Bob was super. Explained all of the details of the cars and why Lexus is the best. I agree with that too! He showed us all of the set up on the dash before we left. Very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

We did not buy our lexus from Nalley lexus-Smyrna we bought it used so.e where. However receive the best service at Nalley lexus. They are courteous and very attentive our car care needs. And the agent that work with us is the greatest. I wouldn't go any where else.

Stay away from this dealer. I bought a used Mercedes from them at a decent price, travelling 145 miles one way to see the car. The salesman lied about blemishes, damages and tire condition, which I did not notice on inspection, relying on his word. The car was not serviced; it was 3500 miles past due for an oil change. Upon close inspection at home I found scratches, damage to the chrome strip on the bumper and deeps dents in both front wheels that cannot be repaired ( probably due to hitting a solid beam such as a concrete stop, at high speed)

I paid for title, sales tax etc at the time of sale. The temporary registration ran out twice (60 days). On the third renewal I finally received my plate, but not the title since some forms were missing from the application

Nalley Lexus Galleria provids an excellent service experience. They are courteous, prompt and thorough. During our last visit, all work was performed within the predicted time frame, and our car was returned to us with the exterior washed and interior cleaned. The level of service they provide is clearly superior to any other Lexus dealer we have visited.

I purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. The deal went well but the saleman (Les) did not process the tag paperwork in a timely fashion and blamed in on my insurance agent. If there was a problem with the agent, I was not notified. I will be vacationing with an expired drive out tag. My down payment check was supposed to be held for 3 days to allow for funds to be transferred. It was deposited immediately. If I had trusted them to do what they said, my housepayment would not have cleared.
