        Jim had my car for 97 days for a problem he told us would take about 5 to fix, and he didn't even fix it! In fact, he made it far worse. Took it in to have the transmission rebuilt in my 2003 Mazda6 for a jerking issue when accelerating. Jim told us it would be no problem. Any time we called to check in and get updates, Jim was short and changed his story every time. Never called back when he said he would either. After countless "I'll have it done by ___" , we told him we were done and were coming to get it and deal with it on our own. He then tried to pester us to pay him for a problem he DID NOT FIX. After finally getting the car back, the transmission jerked even harder and was truly unsafe to drive. We also noticed huge grease stains he and his mechanics had left that would not come out. Both the seatbelt and floor mat were black with footprints and grease. I've never had a more terrible experience. PLEASE take your car elsewhere- no matter how simple you think the fix is.

        Jim and his crew stand apart. Their service is excellent. They stand behind their work and are priced very fairly. I have sent several friends to Coffman and each came back to me with glowing reviews. Yes, they are very busy. Can you guess why?
