?, Why are there no reviews from 2014 & 2015?

This was my first and last time at the Cheesecake Factory. It was a Saturday night, so the place was packed. Waited 25 minutes for a table, after being told it was only a five. This didn't bother too much. The waiter tried her best but you could tell she was in over her head. It took 20 minutes for the drinks and about 10 for our microwaved appetizers. It was quicker for me to go to the bar myself. The main course, Steak with mushrooms and asparagus was the final straw for me. Ordered it well, got it burnt and cold. The asparagus was microwaved, and no flavor. This meal was not worth the $140. I got a better looking and tasting steak at Applebees the week before.

I usually don't review chain restaurants because the food is uninspired and bland. CF is the exception. I stopped in one cold and rainy day and had the Tortilla Soup. Just wonderful. Looked good, tasted even better. Served with a warm bread basket.
