There is no doubt in my mind why the sign on this zoo says world famous. This Zoo is amazing! Going as a child I could not wait to take my own family and it did not disappoint.
What an amazing zoo! It is gigantic and has every animal imaginable. Go in the spring to see lots of baby animals.
Very good zoo, worthy of five stars. However, I heard you had T.Rex you imported from Isla Sorna. Wait... wrong zoo in San Diego. Four stars because I was dissapoint!1!!!!!1!!1!1!one1!1!1!1!one!1
Not only is the San Diego Zoo a great place to visit, it's breeding program to protect endangered species is helping to keep all animals available for future generations!
i love it even though it's long way from my house it's worth the drive i had a fantastic experience there are more animals to see people that work there are very helpful and i can't wait to go again
The San Diego Zoo has the most amazing selection of animals, rare plants, and activities of any zoo I have been to. Not only do they have a world renowned preservation and recovery for their animals but they also have an incredible reputation for rehabilitating abused animals. I love this zoo.
San Diego Zoo is the worlds greatest zoo if you love Animals and want to see them in a habitat outside their natural environment. They have established great enclosures to ensure the animals have a home enivornment. A great place to visit at least once a month.
I love all the trees and shade. Loved the paths and the animals. But they do not tell you it is cheeper to buy a year pass.... you get 2 ticket and 2 free passes with it. We paid $94 for 4 tickets and the year is only 70 something....
But other than that it is great. Sometimes the line in the bathroom was a bit long but aren't they all.
From the moment we entered the parking lot (totally FREE, by the way) we were impressed with the San Diego Zoo. We've visited twice now and loved seeing the new baby panda on our last visit. would recommend this place to all visitors - young and old. very hot, so carry water with you. wear good walking shoes and picnic outside the park before paying high prices inside. overall, loved this zoo!
