        When your child is sick, it can be very frightening. And so, its always important to put parents at ease. I?m always very direct with parents. When there?s something we need to be concerned about, they?ll know it. And when there?s something that they can be reassured about, I want them to feel comfortable knowing that this is something that we have time and were working with you on.
