        Today, I was in the mood for egg rolls. I was going to go to Jack In the Box and pay over $5.00 for 3 eggrolls. I was not feeling that. I decided to look up a Chinese restaurant in my work area Hong Kong Express pop up. I took a chance and found their special fried rice and egg roll to be quite tasty. I would recommend.
