        The Law Office of Brian F. Reinhold, P.C. focuses on addressing the needs of the injured and the loss of those left behind by a wrongful death - whether that loss arises from an automobile accident, medical mistake, unsafe walkway or something else. Hopefully you will never need my firm's services but if you do, I am here to help. Injury victims need to learn their rights early. Being injured or suffering through the loss of a loved one's wrongful death is an emotionally taxing situation. Insurance companies will likely be pressing you for answers to questions that have legal ramifications without explaining to you what those ramifications may be. Representing yourself against in insurance company is often an unfair fight. Insurance adjusters are experts at twisting words, using delay tactics creating unnecessary hurdles to wear you down so you'll accept a settlement offer less than you deserve. Contacting the insurance company without first having discussed your case with an attorney can greatly reduce the compensation you may receive. Furthermore, you are limited in time as to how long you can wait after you are injured to bring a lawsuit. Failing to bring a lawsuit within that time means you are forever barred from obtaining compensation for your injuries and losses. Consulting with an attorney early in the process is an important step in educating yourself on your rights. If you need a lawyer, you should understand why, and what that will accomplish.         Overall

        Brian is very unethical especially in court. I was told by another highly rated lawyer that he no longer has his law office. I witnessed Brian be late in court, forget names and facts, and faked documentation just to save face. He should no longer be practicing law. I do not see Brian as a lawyer or much less strong lawyer at that.
