Eye Site Of Riverview

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and I really like the atmosphere. They were totally on time for my first appointment, and about 10 minutes behind for the second one. Not too back as the last place I went I had to wait over 30 minutes.

I definitely don't recommend coming here. The staff is extremely rude. The receptionists would interrupt me in the middle of my sentences and didn't seem to care about what i was saying at all. They also explained things about my insurance to me like I was a complete idiot that didn't know anything. Everything I said seemed to elicit an annoyed response from everyone.The doctor himself seemed alright, and nicer than the rest of the staff, but I only saw him for about 10-15 minutes.



If you want people who genuinely care about your well-being and don't treat you like an idiot, go somewhere else.

Carol & her staff are top notch. I've been to others who are slighty less expensive but for the difference in money spend it and go to Carol at Eye site. You wont find a more friendly, knowledgable & professional enviroment anywhere. I am from Iowa went there while visiting in tampa area and that was 8 years ago and I fly to Tampa and goto Carol's for all my vison appointments!!
