        BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

        I ordered a Spa Tub for a remodel project we have going. They charged me over $3,100 for the tub and a week later informed me they did not have it in stock and could not get it anymore. They gave me an option to change my order to another tub or cancel the order and get a refund. I asked to have the order cancelled. It has been three weeks and they have not yet credited back my card. I have contacted them on a couple occasions to ask why this was not done yet. They keep telling me they will process. Finally, I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company and it is not resolved yet. Keep in mind they charged me immediately for an item they did not have. That was a month ago!!!
