New Way Tree Service

Never use this service and they never keeps their promise! Eric's team cut trees for my neighbor and left the logs on my front yard. I texted and called the owner Eric Fox to have the logs removed, he always promised he would take care of the removal tomorrow and he never did after months passed by.

HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.

Eric Fox, the owner, is a con artist to say the least. Extremely unprofessional, extremely untrustworthy. His prices are low, because they don't do a complete job. He cuts the trees down, and does not clean up according to the contract. Will not return phone calls either. Basically does half of the job and runs away with your money.

Too bad there's no provision for giving this business 0 stars! You should read and believe every negative review you see here and under "Top Notch" Tree Service. This "man" is a thief who will take your money and do half the work, then make excuses and non-existent 'emergencies' to put you off till you go away. He's given me "his word" and shook my hand multiple times promising to finish the work and never did what he promised. His latest ploy is to use a smooth talking front man, Todd, who goes door to door to make the initial deal then Eric moves in and takes over. Todd's learning form the master and will also promise you moon then not deliver. Don't fall for it. Stay FAR away from these liars and thieves! You've been warned!!

This man Eric Fox used to operate as Top Notch Tree Service and he is a crook. His method includes giving a really cheap price. Then asking for full payment before the job is complete. If you refuse he starts yelling at you to try to make a scene and embarrass you. He damaged my property and threatened my husband when we refused to pay in full due to the damage. We called the police and they said he is unlicensed and we should have done our homework and checked him out before hiring him. Warn your neighbors!!!
