Walgreens

I am currently visiting from out of town and unexpectedly ran out of my medications. This pharmacy was the nearest to where I was staying. So conveniently went there as my last resort. I understand I am from out of state, but not only were they rude but they lied about reaching out to my physician to verify my medications only delaying the process. When I got in touch with my physician and provided their information, my physician got it taken care of right away, but when I called to check the status the person on the other line was also rude and short and just hung up the phone before saying bye. BEWARE!!!#Bad Service

This place is always the worst!!!

I dropped scrip off at 3:30 they said 30 mins it will be ready. Waited 30mins. Wasn't ready. Came back at 5 waited 20min till someone came to desk! Then they said wait another 10 mins.. I left and sent my boyfriend back 7 and they told him another hour!!!! This is the 2nd time they have done this! And my mom has had the same problem with them!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Most horrible service in a pharmacy I have ever received! Its like they took the worst hood rats they could find hanging around that area and put them to work in the pharmacy.

I was on hold for 8 minutes before somebody picked up the line, laughed, and hung up. This is HORRIBLE service and I am extremely unhappy. I wish there was a CVS in Port Allen for me to use.

Bad Bad Bad! We are hoping that they get it together soon. Port Allen want them here but not so slow and disorganized.
