Worst customer service. My mother went in and had to put me on speaker phone to hear the lies coming out of their mouths! They told us that our phones we just purchased(with payments per agreement signed by us and T-Mobile) from the TMOBILE website would need to be paid in full or we would be going to collections by the 1st of the year due to their merge with sprint. Went to the T-Mobile on Scottsdale road and they informed us that this is a "franchised" store (most likely) that didn't know what they were talking about. T-Mobile on Scottsdale reassured us that taking us to collections when an agreement between us and them is still in effect is completely illegal unless we don't pay for the phones at all. Don't believe their lies. Go to a real store that knows what they are talking about.

P.s. the woman who was "helping" my mother was literally screaming at her. Absolutely unbelievable.
