Beware.... When asking about pricing the sales people explain the best value is with the 2 year agreement. What they wont disclose is that somewhere buried in the agreement there is a "auto renew" at the end of the term for another 2 years.



I am in my third year of my 2 year agreement and when I tried to cancel my service they hit me with an early termination fee over $1200.....RIDICULOUS!!

This company will install a "med. Speed" connection for you via an on roof antenna, and provides no tech support after the fact. They will not come out to your location for on site service. Simple phones calls to them are impersonal, and without resolving your issues. It's always a problem with your computer or software, etc.





The worst fact is they sign you into a two year contract, and demand a procedure to end your service that if isn't followed to the tee, will result in threatening phone calls and harrassing E-mails. They auto-renew your contract without notification and warning, and regardless of you following procedure, put you into collections quickly.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CONMEN! Check BBB, they had several complaints for this ruthless technique. Our company had to threaten legal action with our lawyer to get them off our back. The collection agency actually sided with us on this! Telling us they commonly utilize stronge arm tactics.
