Phoenician Oasis

This was the best bread making class ever! Chef Emma made the process super simple and fun. I did not think it was possible to be creative and have fun making bread but it really. The setting is perfect to learn and very casual. We were offered scrumptious appetizers and great wines while we made our very own bread. This is a 3 hour class, well worth it and a lifetime experience where l met new friends and where l learned tons of new kitchen skills while having an amazing time!
