The first property manager was lazy and unresponsive. The second one was incompetent. The current property manager either lies, or says what sounds good on a given day. I think they have all been trained by the owner to ignore phone calls and email. It's hard to get good help.

Great company with great employees that get the job done right the first time. While gruff, they are honest. Please consider disregarding special whittle snowflakes that cannot take real answers to their problems.

I was on the verge of renting a condo in a very nice complex near the mountain, beautiful complex and environment.



Was not pleased with the lack of response to my questions about the condo I was going to rent. Many questions went unanswered........



I decided to pay them a visit in person, at their office, to see if I would receive satisfactory answers to my general questions.



Basically was ignored; they acted as if I was a nuisance.



That answered my question...do not put any $$ down on this rental that they were managing, do not sign any papers, walk out, and never respond to a rental property that is being represented by The Osselaer Company.



I have no business experience in real estate or property management, but even I could do a better job managing with my personable character, and expert organizational skills.

This Management company is awful! I own a unit at one of the complex's they manage and another unit had a plumbing issue that ended up flooding my unit. If they would of took care of the issue when it was requested it would of not been that much of a big deal. Since they took over 3 months to correct a leaking pipe, we now are dealing with Mold Issues. Something that would of cost a few hundred dollars to take care of is now costing a few thousand! This company is a disaster!
