The lawyer they assigned to me didn't want to listen. I told him I didn't want to settle for a certain amount and that I was willing to go to court. But he didn't care and did settle. He made me feel like he didn't want to put in any real effort to my case. Plus the firm added in 5,000 to the settlement amount they I had already gotten from MY insurance company. So instead of taking 33% from 10,000 they took 33% from 15,000. Plus they paid a medical bill from an accident I was in a couple months prior. Dishonesty at its best. Short version they stole over 5,000 dollars from me. Find another law firm to fight for you. You'll be very glad in the end. This is why so often lawyers are given a bad name.

To be honest this was one of the scariest times in my life, after getting into an accident you never really know what to do. I was a little worried about going with a big name company because they are all over the news and media, but since day one they were nothing but amazing and very helpful. Gloria Galvan was the one helping me from the beggining and it was a great help. she always stuck with me and was always on my side. after all was said and done then came Marc Grossman. he was very good at keeping me informed and helping settle everything in the end i got what i wanted and i was very very happy with their service. i would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

I went with them after being turned down for Social Security Disability. John Bartelt was my case manager. The paperwork was fairly simple. I went to my doctor for an exam and had her fill out a questionnaire Lerner & Rowe had sent to me. She filled it out and to make a long story short she said I couldn't work. I sent it on to my case manager. Sometime after I was contacted and informed that my case had been assigned to an examiner. I received a letter stating that SS was sending me a questionnaire that needed to be returned within 10 days. I contacted John who said when he received it he would send it to me. Not to worry as he could contact them and explain the delay... A couple of days later I received it from him. I quickly filled it out and had it taken to the post office so it would go out the same day. The NEXT day I received my rejection letter from SS. I called them and asked how come I was declined before all my info was received. They said my lawyer should have contacted them and let them know it would be late. I asked if my doctor report, which John said he had sent, had been received. They wouldn't tell me. Overall this has been a dismal experience. I am in pain. Can barely walk. Now I am faced with having to go to court. Another long drawn out process. Would I recommend them? Not really. Maybe I got a dud of the office. I don't know. I do know I have lost everything and am one step closer to living under a bridge with a bag of puppy chow.

Where do I begin?? I wouldn't at this point even give it a single star! It has been two years since I was hit by a drunk driver and still getting medical treatment for my injuries. I like most people read reviews on many firms and decided on Lerner and Rowe. The first office visit was great very happy for what I was told. I can say that they held true to their word when I came to my children's cases all got more then I even thought. But my cases I don't know where to begin..... Today I found out yet again the person that has been working on my case was let go and was told that this person again made mistakes. This would make the FOURTH case manager on my case alone!! The person Jacob Morales that I have been talking to since Oct '14 and at least twice a week was so great!! He got so much done that I find it very hard to believe he did something wrong with my file. He was not only helping me with my clam but with my pain doctor. And now all that is just gone. I got some women that gave me the same script as I have heard many times before with this firm. So the hope I felt not only about my case but medical care was just torn from me. Oh and they didn't even call me again to tell me I had to call them and get a big surprise. And this isn't even all of it. I have been yelled at by the lawyer himself (and a few other employees) around this time last year about my treatments. Telling me I should stop I was spending too much my accident wasn't that serious for the amount of bills I'm getting. Really?? If I am ever in an accident again I will make a note to tell my body "Hey on paper this accident isn't that bad so don't hurt too much. It will make lawyers mad" and I'll see how that works. So I am now having panic attacks and been thrown around again by this firm. I'm just speechless on how they have mishandled my case. I just can't see how THREE professionals can do this to my case. The one before Jacob yes I can see, it would be weeks or months before she would return my calls. I have no trust in them, I'm very fearful about what will happen to my case. It's been two years and time is running out. What will the next excuse be in a few weeks???
