I have been with Kiwi for a year now, and I have gotten my carpet cleaned by other companies and I have to say hands down Kiwi is the best my carpet is a very light color and after my cleanings my carpet is always looks very bright and feels very soft and smell so fresh and that means soo much to me. I've been using Kiwi about a year. They are easy to schedule and their work is top-notch. All the techs who've visited for the warranty services have been great, but the fellow who came today, Jason, was tops. I have cats and dogs, which means a lot of pet stains. Kiwi does a great job of getting out the stains and odor. Jason outdid himself, getting down on hands and knees to ensure he got all the stains and that they were completely removed. Thank you for such a good job, Jason, and thank you, Kiwi, for your never-ending professionalism and customer service.

It's easy to schedule with them via email or phone. Quality of service varies- but they make efforts to remedy. Price is right.

I ran into them on Sunday night and they raved about the quality of your cleaning services and they said it smelled wonderful...they gave me great kudos for turning them on to a great company....anytime someone ask about carpet repairs/cleaning I always refer them to you......

I was pleased with the service and the professionalism of the cleaner. What I wasn't pleased with was that they missed a discolored spot on the carpet that was in plain sight. However, with the 2 yr warranty I can have them come back any time to clean again and that makes the whole deal worth it. As others have noted, the technician did try to sell me more services. The price wound up being more than I was quoted on the phone, but I'm not sorry I did it. Again, its the 2 year warranty that did it for me. I will definitely use them again soon and often and I would recommend their services to others as well. What was most important to me beside that was that the cleaners they used were non toxic and with my allergies and sensitivities that was of utmost importance to me.

I would not use them again. I had them pick up an area rug to be cleaned. They tried to sell me upgrades amounting to over $300. Two weeks went by and I never got a phone call saying it was ready. They quoted me the wrong balance over the phone...got the date of returning the carpet wrong by a week, only to deliver it and tell me they could have cleaned it on site for a savings of $40. Terrible way to do business!
