The KFC at 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix is without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant in Phoenix. The workers are absolutely without brains. The food is third rate, at best and always the wrong thing that you order. Their phone is always busy because they do not want any calls to complain. AVOID THIS TOILET OF A RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS.

I feel like I have given this location a fair share of business before writing this review, as have the rest of my family. Each time we have picked up chicken at this location, my family seems to get sick. At first, we thought it was just a fluke, but after buying their several times, we have decided that they are just NOT a place to buy your children. Diarrhea hits quickly and some nausea, also. It happens every time. Our last and final purchase there the original chicken was absolutely burned on the outside. Crispy, but not done on the inside. Please consider your health before purchasing from this location.
