Dr. Jonathan Psenka received his bachelors degree in zoology from the University of Montana. He then attended naturopathic medical school at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Upon graduating and obtaining his medical license, Dr. Psenka co-founded the Issels Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Originating in Germany in the 1950s, the Issels Integrative Immunotherapy Model was one of the first truly holistic cancer treatment models that utilized the best of both naturopathic and conventional medicine. In 2007 Dr. Psenka founded Longevity Medical Health Center, where he continues to have a focus on providing naturopathic cancer care to his patients. He is well versed in many integrative cancer therapies including specific dietary programs, IV therapy, immune system enhancement and targeted supplementation. Dr. Psenka has extensive experience combining naturopathic therapies along with conventional cancer treatments. In 2010 Dr. Psenka co-founded Serologix, LLC, a medical company offering patient-specific sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) allergy treatment. Through his work with allergies, Dr. Psenka became interested in the impact that unhealthy lifestyle choices are having on the increasing incidence of allergies worldwide. His research on this topic is summarized in a book he authored titled The Seasonal Allergy Solution, which will be available nationwide in March of 2015. Phoenix Magazine recognized Dr. Psenka as a Top Doc in 2010. He has served as both a board member and Vice President of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, has taught at the university level, and is a frequent lecturer. Dr. Psenka also volunteers with Naturopaths Without Borders providing free medical care to the underserved. Dr. Psenka has been certified in many different treatments including chelation therapy and medical ozone therapy.
