DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Made an appointment to have my house painted - didn't show up, but left me a message to tell me that someone kept ringing my doorbell for 3 hours!! Even though I was home. I rescheduled and the painter came, did a walk thru, and said he will be right back - and never returned. When I called RACHEL from TNL to discuss this, she called me a liar and said it was my fault because the first time I didn't answer the door for 3 hours (what??), then said it was again my fault that the painter left because I didn't have paint (WHY WOULD I HAVE A PAINTER COME to MY HOUSE AND NOT HAVE PAINT TO PAINT MY HOUSE!!!)

RACHEL then hung up on me after I got upset and then when I called back, refused to talk to me. I emailed them a picture of ALL the paint in my house to prove that the painter was lying to the supervisor, Christina. She has no idea how to resolve a problem.

UNTRUSTWORTHY technicians STOLE my brushes - would not want them in my house

They started working on my grandmother's small bathroom around the 20th-23rd of January. Only 4 days of work was spread out over a few weeks leaving my grandma with no shower. Left the water damage under the toilet, they sent a notice stating that after a "dry out" the rotting floor would be replaced but they never showed back up or called leaving the floor torn up. The job was undone but they didn't hesitate to send the heafty bill to AAA. LITTLE communication and hardly showed up to work on the bathroom.
