Good service for those that don't want to do their own fertilization schedule. Works very smooth. You get a call the day before the service letting you know to expect them. They show up as expected and leave the bill on the door to be paid online. Nice to know that my yard is getting the nutrients it needs. Had been struggling with the grass growth in my backyard until signing up with BestYard but it really has taken well to their care. My front yard has still been struggling a little and I'm not quite sure why. Overall a good set it and forget it service for those that want a nice lawn without the effort.

My lawn has never looked so good. Employees are always courteous on the phone and in person. Had a few miscues on scheduled service this summer, but most of the time technicians are on time. Get the best price by buying a prepaid package.

We had been using this company for 5 yrs. and were very happy with them but that changed this summer. I called them at the beginning of April to get on their "priority list" to have our weeds sprayed . Called again at the beginning of June to see why we hadn't seen anyone yet. Was told they would be out the following week. I stated our yard didn't need spraying, just our gravel driveway and to call ahead of time so I could be home to direct the new guy they were sending out. They ended up sending him out at the end of June without calling us. We were out of town and came back to twice the bill we had had the previous summer. He supposedly had sprayed the grass but we don't know because the few weeds we had were still looking healthy. He hadn't done anything with the driveway which was the obvious area. When I talked with the lady who does all the scheduling about it she denied our conversation and sent an email saying we would need to go elsewhere than them for our yard care from now on! What a waste of time waiting for them since April 1st!

This is my first year using Best Yard and Weed Man and overall I'm happy with their work. Other than mowing and fertilizing, I've used them to replace all the mulch in my yard (front/back). They did an outstanding job and when I got the invoice it was $130ish less than what I was quoted. Seems the rain this year has caused problems with them mowing as scheduled, but that aside, I'm very happy with them. My lawn is a beautiful green and I don't have problems with weeds. Zach is easy to work with, I usually email him, and he's prompt with his responses. I wanted a "one-stop" contact for all my yard needs and I believe Best Yard fits the bill.

We love best yard. They do both our yard and Christmas lights. Very professional.

Chris and his staff have been doing our spring and fall maintenance for the last couple of years and the proof is in the pudding! Our lawn is fuller, weed free, and greener then all of our neighbors.

This is my fist season using Best Yard. I've generally been very happy with the service. The quality of the mowing and trimming has been very good. I've used other companies, and their service was far inferior to Best Yard. Best Yard is easily the best lawn service I've used to date.



If I had to gripe about something, it's that when they are bring their mowers back through the front yard after leaving my back yard, they always kick river rocks into the grass and never throw them back with the other rocks. Also, I'd say I've only gotten my yard serviced on the scheduled day about 50% of the time. Early in the season when it was raining alot, I completely understand. But the past 2 weeks we've had very little rain, and they were still behind schedule. In fact, I'm scheduled on Thursdays, but didn't get a mow until Tuesday this last week. These are minor issues however, and the quality of their work overcomes these small issues for me.



And for what it's worth, it would be a GREAT idea to abandon the name "Weed Man". My credit card statement shows the name Weed Man, and I have to do some redacting before I submit my credit card statements for expense reimbursement at work. Here in Colorado, Weed Man can mean something completely different, and I would prefer not to have to explain to my work or my wife why there is a charge on my credit card statement to a weed man!

Superior customer service, deliver what they say they will. Prompt on time service, high quality products and attention to details. Fair pricing as well. On top of this our lawns look amazing!
