        Overall

        I was not looking to hire a lawyer after my auto accident but I was not sure if the other guy’s insurance company was being reasonable. I felt like their offer was too low and didn’t want to get screwed over. I decide to call the Law offices of Charles Franklin after a glowing recommendation from my friend. I was on the phone with the paralegal for less than a minute before I was transfered directly to attorney Franklin. He was well spoken and professional. We scheduled a 30 minute face to face meeting before he determined that hiring a lawyer for my case would not make sense. The insurance companies offer turned out to be reasonable given the circumstances. I was caught off guard with how honest they were. I greatly appreciated the free advice and time they set aside for me.
