Never been so upset in my life they gave me an ombre when I asked for blonde streaks. The ombre was light brown and turned my maroon/auburn to a dark brown and it was supposed to just have blonde streaks. They missed a whole piece of my hair so now there is a dot of red between the ombre they did. She also didnt ask how I parted my hair so now when I part it the ombre starts higher then it's made. They also cut my hair and all in all it looks like I let a six year old get wild with scissors and bleach. I've been crying for three hours looking at myself. I want to cut all my hair off because I don't know how else to fix this. They didnt seem apologetic, they just wanted the money and said my hair was fine and to.come back tomorrow and they will try to fix it. They didn't listen to what I wanted they just did whatever they felt. I've never felt so bad about my hair in my life.
