I came here to switch carriers and had the most wonderful experience! I came in two days before officially switching to get some plan information and was greeted by Jim. He was so kind, and extremely patient went over all the plans and show me the phone selections. On the day of, throughout the process, I had a lot of issues and problems here and there, but he was so patient and answer all the questions one by one. I think he had stayed overtime for me! If anyone wants to switch to T Mobile, do it!! Also, come to this location because they have good customer service.
