I would rate this place 0 stars if the system would let me. I thought the own was a nice, honest man, but it turns out I was wrong. I had a lock installed by them, which went fine. Then a little over three months later my key got stuck in the lock. I went to tell the guy what happened and he came to fix it, saying nothing else. It took him an hour to fix my lock and then he charged me almost $100!! For a lock that had just been installed a little over three months ago. I went to complain and the owner did not seem to care nor did he think he did anything wrong. I do not expect to pay almost $200 to have a lock installed and then have it break three months later and have to pay that much money to fix it. The person that came never disclosed that it would cost $35 just to walk in the door and then additional to fix it. The owner initally offered to give me back $35, but when I said that I didn't think that was fair and that this made no sense, he took back his offer and said how he had been doing me a favor. Doing me a favor?! I now have a headache of a lock that still is not 100% fixed and a locksmith that couldn't care less. He was completely unreasonable. There are 1000's of locksmiths in Manhattan - definitely give someone else your service!
