Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

One doctor I would recommmend. One eyeglass fitter I'd recommend if you're lucky enough to get her even after requesting her. The rest terrible and inexperienced. Nobody seems to be in charge. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

One of the worst experiences ever. I was a return customer and had told myself that I would not be back this year but gave them the benefit of the doubt. So had a 5:45 appointment time, at 7:10 I asked when I would be called, 3 ahead of me. There were three ahead of me when I got there. It was like rush them in and herd them out... Not concerned with the patient. DO NOT TRUST YOUR EYES to these people!!!!!

Horrible service! Had a 2:00 apt wasn't seen till 3:30. Then told they couldn't get the brand of contacts I wanted and have been wearing for 15 years because they were discontinued but that's a lie. Most places still carry them but I guess they don't because there's not enough mark up on them. (They only seem to care about how much you spend there, not actually you or the health of your eye). Please if you read this save yourself the trouble.

Went in for an exam for new lenses as I was only in town for the summer. The place was crowded, unorganized; and the employees act very unprofessional. They took almost two hours to get ahold of my insurance, lied about how much I was covered for, and then told me to come back in a week later so I could get my trial lenses. Well, they looked at me like I was crazy when I told them that I only wanted my trials and prescription and didn't want to order new lenses yet. Needless to say, I will not be using this service again. My advice: stick to LensCrafters, right across the street in the mall.

Even gimmick ads and alleged promotions don't save this business. We were there for TWO hours, were told NUMEROUS inconsistent things about our script. ("We can get it", "We can't get it", "That will be $168", "Oh, sorry, that will be $278"!)

Inconsistent, inefficient, unkind, and a JOKE. On top of all that, we consistently overheard workers complain about customers and make rude comments about customers behind the customers' backs. Needless to say we LEFT and will never go back. Would give a NEGATIVE star rating if that were possible.
