Thank you so much dr. Pam Johnsen for seeing my kitten Vinny. Her and her staff were so caring. I called them concerned see vinny had gotten sick quick. I called them and they were just as concerned as I was and she worked us in last minute. I can not thank you enough. I don't think he would of made it to monday!! I highly recommend this veterinarian. Did a great job on spaying my other cat storm too!!

I have been taking my baby to Dr Pam for 8 years. She is the most caring vet I have ever taken my baby too. She will not perform procedures that are not needed just to get your money and she always kept my bill as small as possible. There are times I have been to see her and she didn't want to charge me. I had to insist on paying her. I love her to death and her staff is so friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone!

Not only was Pam very rude but we were told the visit would cost $21.88 and was charged $75.50 just to have my cats ears cleaned. She was extremely rude charged us for things she nor her staff did. The lady up front was very nice and apologetic but Pam was NOT. We definitely won't be back, I would not recommend going there.

Dr. Pam has taken care of my two dogs for 9 years. There was a time ( out of ignorance) I went to another vet for a second opinion and thought I would change vets. Worse thing I've ever done....Pam and her staf are the BEST! They are second to NO ONE!!! Highly recommend her. She is the best and friendliest. I could go on and on...

AMAZING Vet & staff! Both of our dogs had been very sick recently. So sick in fact that one of them had to be hospitalized. Dr. Johnsen and her staff were wonderful. They called with updates even when the office was closed. They also called to check on both dogs once they went home. I will definitely refer others to her.

This Dr. and the staff are the best thing in Mt. Washington, Dr. Johnsen is realistic and gives the best care and sound advice when it comes to my animals! She is always polite and has repaired many issues with my old dogs over the years. This clinic goes above and beyond what other clinics do when it comes to my pets.

I have known Dr. Johnsen since I was 16 and used to volunteer at her office. She is a wonderful person and and amazing doctor. Every time you are around her it is very apparent how much she cares for the animals she treats!!!! The other night we had an emergency with my moms dog and Dr. johnsen and her staff stayed after hours to wait for us, even after we had been stuck in traffic for half an hour. When we arrived she immediately assured me that the problem could be fixed. I have lived in Louisville for 5 years now and there are at least 10 vet offices within a five mile radius of my house and I still make the drive to Mt. Washington and will always do that she is the best and only person I trust with our four legged family members. Dr. Johnsen and her staff are amazing and I would never go anywhere else!!!

Amazing Vet! She cares and loves each one of my Babies!!! I have taken all my pets there and I love the attention and love that they receive.
