Dr. Patrick T Regan, MD

Appointment was changed several times due to Doctor staff making appointments when dr. was on vacations, staffing, etc. When finally meeting for follow-up, he was very quick to interupt me when i was explaining my health issues. When arriving I heard him on the phone upset about personal issues when i was going to the bathroom. I dont now if this is why he was totally useless during my visit or not.
