The attorney Ernesto A. Perez is a total fraud. He lied to my family in court. He has lied about a testimony our child told him. He has deliberately destroyed evidence. His job was to represent my family and all he did was waste our time, delaying the trial for years & making us appear for no reason at all multiple times, making us come to court for a trial he scheduled & then he did not appear or notify our family that the trial was postponed, even when the county website was showing the date and time to appear. He laughed at our situation. Ignored all phone calls. Being represented by this low life has been the most disgusting experience I have ever had.

Worst attorney in the business. He's paid fees of almost $50,000 and does not remember his clients. Promises but does not deliver.
