Awesome service, the installer was very knowledgable.

The salesperson was knowledgable and was very clear on exactly what I was getting.

The company was very upfront during the whole process. I was told they would be checking my credit(most services require this) and when the install and payments would be taking place.

Would reccomend to friends and family!

This business practices deceptive business tactics in that it sells their product to persons without the authority to place their system on your home then uses the homeowners credit file without authorization, leaves no sale agreement or notice of recession as required by law and ignores multiple calls from the property owner. Once I reached the owner he attempted to falsely claim somebody else can authorize use of my credit file. He later agreed to correct my credit file then reneged on his promise. This company lacks and credibility and preys on innocent victims for their sales and then apparently tried to harass unwilling buyers into completing an unlawful transaction.

Run as far away from this business as possible. home sale transactions requires a copy of the sales contract AND the 3 Day Recission Notice, another practice not followed here, at least in this case. If this sounds familiar I would love to hear from you.

This owner will claim anyone can authorize use of your credit file. UNTRUE. this is a deceptive business practice he attempted to couple with threats to achieve his aim. Don’t let this man victimize you.

Salesman was great. Installer came out and installed the system really fast and then spent about an hour with me explaining to me all the features. I would recommend onpoint alarm for your security needs.
