Overall
Professionalism

Handled an MVA lawsuit in what I believed an effective and professional manner for almost two years, However for some yet to be understood reason they never filed the required prerequisite documents necessary and with no reason or justification offered,,,,,the firm dropped my case leaving me 22 months into the process , ( $9000). out of pocket to Physicians,, and little or no hope of pursuing a credible course of action.. Due process disappeared.... Blindsided, having formerly worked in criminal procecutions as a PCI, I was most certainly naïve to have allowed myself to be thus setup. The firm has gained fame and prominence for fairness and no less than a brilliant and successful pursuit of justice in many difficult cases....I am still scratching my head on this one...

Overall

Heard great things about them. Called about my auto accident. Attorney called and stated his assistant would call to schedule an appointment. Never called, so I called them back. Receptionist was the rudest unhappy person I have ever met. Amazes me that a supposedly reputable company will put the worse possible person as the initial contact person. I hung up and will try another company with a little class.
