very rude and unprofessional. The counter lady has a dirty foul mouth and does not know how to treat customers.
Personally as a groomer from this side of things, I want to thank you for standing up for us. We appreciate your understanding of how our profession can be seen as something easy to do. Because we put a lot of time, positive emotion, and labor to give the pet its best look depending on the pet's temperament as well as the condition of the pet's fur when they come in the shop.
Well actually, I take both my dogs there and have never been disappointed with the services. They are always very organized and know my babies by name. They make it feel like a very personable atmosphere and always get the grooms done in a timely manner. I don't understand how you can talk so bad about a shop that has done nothing but take care of your baby and perform a very difficult service. If you are so unhappy with the services then go buy your own clippers and groom your dog yourself. Because it is very clear that no shop is going to make you happy. Wiggly butts has very reasonable price and the quality of the grooms are excellent. If you go anywhere else you are guaranteed to be paying twice as much for the steps taken to make your dog look good.
HORRIBLE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.I spoke with the owner when I called to schedule the appointment and was quoted a price of $40.00. When I arrived to drop Gracie off, they could not find her file anywhere....the office is very unorganized. I explained (again) how I wanted her hair cut making sure to cut and thin out her tail. I made sure they had 2 contact numbers and they said they will call as soon as she is ready to pick up, it would be 12 or 12:15. At 1:00 I had not heard from them so I called....I was told, yes she has been ready since 11:45 !! She was left in a cage because they "forgot" to call me. I arrived to pick her up, her tail was not groomed at all and I was charged $50.00 when I ask why, I was told she has a lot of hair. REALLY?!?! I will never go back to this place....
New to the area and took my two spoiled rotten standard Goldendoodles here. Got them in on the same day I called. Must say that they have never looked as good as they did when I picked them up! So happy I found this place. I will be back!
Very sweet shop. I brought my 5 month cocker there this morning. Let me tell you, I called all over to find the perfect place for my puppy. I found it! Wiggly Butts was so sweet and gentle with my puppy. He looks fantastic. We will be returning in 8 weeks!
Great little shop! The owner was sweet as could be. My dogs came back happy and smelled great. The shop didn't smell like dogs and I got in with no trouble :) happy!!! Will be back!!
i am ashamed of your post and you should be to i am a loyal customer of wiggly butts i have been bringing stella may to them for a little over two years and i happen to know wiggly butts uses only the top shampoos on the market and also offer all natural shampoos ms sofia like you said they were overbooked and your dog needed a hair cut BADLY and they were kind enough to take you in last minute on the day before a holiday i am also a bichon owner i happen to know the difference between a trim and a full hair cut obviously you dont half an inch off is a full groom i have always been satisfied with my baby stella mays grooms as well as a few of my friends who also use wiggly butts i have always found them to be very professional friendly and organized i feel you are just wanting something for nothing some people like yourself you just cant make happy regardless how good you are to them my advice is to take your little puppy somewhere cheaper which is what sounds like your underlying issue is with your experience at wiggly butts but just remember you get what you pay for
I booked a last minute appointment with Wiggly Butts on the day before the 4th of July. My Bichon needed a haircut BADLY and I had had no time before to take him. They were really flexible in taking him in even though they were completely booked out for the day, which was very nice of them. However, when I arrived at their shop I was shocked by how unorganized it was. I thought that maybe they had just moved to a new location, but I'm not so sure about that now. Anyway, I told them to just give him a TRIM, and to cut AT MOST half an inch off his hair. I wrote it down on a paper that they made me fill out and I spoke with the groomer (which they had just one of, by the way) and told her that specifically. When I went to pick him up, they had given him a FULL haircut and they wanted to charge me $50 for it! I had been quoted $40-$45 for a TRIM, and that's what I had asked for. I didn't tell them to give him a full cut, so I said I wasn't paying $50 for it. She told me that "Bichon's are a lot of work" and that's what it would cost, but that she would leave it at $45. Let's just say I was REALLY disappointed at how arbitrary their pricing seems to be. When I lived in FL, I took my dog to a first-class groomer that used organic grooming products, and would only charge $35 for a trim and $45 for a full cut. This place is overpriced and they don't do what you ask them to do. Not coming here again.
