Contacted Daniel, owner of 2nd chance Bail locations in Marietta and Atlanta, BEFORE I turned myself in to Fulton County Jail to arrange bond. Signed contract, paid fee and they NEVER bailed me out. No apology I called Daniel regarding a low-level misdemeanor I received and wanted to arrange bail before I turned myself in at 930pm on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as quick as possible. The owner, Daniel, said that 'William', his night employee, was VERY well connected at the jail and would have me out quickly. He took all my information and girlfriends information as she was going to fill out paperwork and pay the fee the moment I turned myself in. She went to the facility, paid, filled out all paperwork and was told she would receive a call from William. No phone call was ever received from William, he did not answer the phone once when I used my two phone calls to call his office. Previous to filling out paperwork, he told my girlfriend that he spoke to me and expressed that he could not bail me out which was a complete lie. He then back-pedaled and stated that he got me confused with someone else and that he would have me out with no problem. They never responded to her after her payment, never bailed me out and as a result I spent 30 hours of HELL in Fulton county jail from their mistake. I will go to all lengths to make sure that this company is off of the approved bail bond list at the jail and no one else has to suffer due to their unprofessionalism, blatant lies and deceit.
