General Info: Scotty R. Newcomer, D.O., is an orthopedic sports medicine physician with Norton Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Newcomer earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga, and a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Louisville.
