        Friendly staff and answered any question as quickly as possible. The doctors seemed very knowledgeable and up to date on new research.

        Operates like a puppy farm. move them in, move them out . got a report via phone! Asked for copy or report never received. Insurance covered all except $20.00. Told them soon as I received a copy of test results I would pay. Never received. Then phone calls started wanting $20.00. Told them to send test results. Fellow not interested, could not help, he just collects money. Now receiving Collection Co. letters. If you like being treated like an animal at an auction, then by all means go to First Urology. It is a scary experience.
